Job summary

Avular is seeking a Lead Systems Test Engineer to drive system-level testing for our physical robots and drones from our Eindhoven office. You will define test strategies, build and run test benches, and lead a team to deliver mature testing processes across mechanical, electronics and software domains.

You will mentor test engineers, shape release decisions with evidence-based testing, and own the test tooling stack including DAQ, data analysis and automation scripts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical or Electrical Systems Engineering.
• Experience coordinating system-wide testing for multidisciplinary products.
• Ability to define test strategies and ensure traceability across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define company-wide testing processes and system-level strategies.
• Hands-on testing of multidisciplinary hardware and integration tests.
• Create clear test plans and cases for robotics products.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electronics, embedded and manufacturing teams.
• Coach test engineers and promote mature testing practices.
