Job summary

Avular, based in Eindhoven at Strijp-T, is hiring a System Architect to drive mechatronic solutions for diverse applications. You will act as the technical driver for next-generation robotic systems and work directly with customers to translate needs into clear product requirements.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to create integrated, production-ready solutions, and guide the system design from concept to industrialisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical area.
• Track record of bringing mechatronic products to market.
• Strong experience in system-level development, system decomposition and requirements engineering.
• Natural leadership with ability to inspire engineers across disciplines.
• Experience engaging with customers and defining scope.
• Technical depth to challenge solutions and push for best outcomes.

We’re looking for a System Architect to join the Avular Team!

At Avular, we create gorgeous mobile robots that transform the way industries work. As a System Architect at Avular, you will be a key player in the development and delivery of complete mechatronic solutions for a wide range of applications.

Act as the technical driver for the development of next-generation robotic systems

Work directly with customers to translate their needs into clear product requirements

Lead multidisciplinary teams to create integrated, production-ready solutions.

Challenge ideas, refine concepts, and guide the system design process from concept to industrialisation

Oversee integration and validation, ensuring everything works seamlessly when products are in the field

You love every part of complex product development and are able to switch between levels of abstraction as needed. With your excellent communication skills and technical knowledge, you can easily communicate with different disciplines and backgrounds to ensure alignment both within and across the teams. You thrive in a young and dynamic environment where you can bring structure and contribute to further professionalising the organisation. On top of that, you have:
