Job summary

S[&]T is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects in our Defence & Security unit in Delft, handling software and hardware ISR/SSA developments. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget while engaging with stakeholders and customers in a high-tech environment.

The role requires a technical master’s degree, 3+ years of PM experience in defence, and the ability to obtain Dutch, NATO, or EU security clearances, with fluency in English

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent project-management experience.
• At least 3 years leading multidisciplinary teams in high-tech/defence.
• Strong communication and leadership to navigate government and industry partners.
• Affinity for defence with ability to obtain Dutch, NATO, or EU security clearances.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and align with roadmaps and company objectives.
• Engage with internal teams, customers, and external partners to define objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop ISR and SSA technologies (software/hardware).
• Define and implement project plans with timelines, resources, risk management.
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
