Are you a Design Engineer ready to take the next step into leadership? You will lead the Production Engineering function, manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure engineering solutions meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience or ready to move into leadership.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Production Engineering team.
• Manage engineering projects and customer requirements.
• Communicate directly with customers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal engineering, production and commercial teams.
• Manage discussions between customers, engineering teams and material suppliers.
• Support project delivery and continuous business growth.
• Develop processes and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
