Job summary

Mpac Group in Raamsdonksveer is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to guide technical decisions and oversee high-end automation projects. The role involves coordinating electrical engineering activities, managing design documentation, and ensuring quality standards in collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering, experience in mechanical engineering or logistics is a plus.
• Experience with EPLAN is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international mechanical engineering standards (CE and/or UL knowledge is a plus).

• Coordinating and planning electrical engineering activities across projects.
• Designing, reviewing, and managing electrical diagrams using EPLAN.
• Safeguarding the technical quality of products and engineering processes.
• Acting as the go-to electrical expert for project teams and stakeholders.

The Role

As Lead Electrical Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our electrical discipline. You actively contribute to projects and product development while acting as a central point of contact between engineering, project management, and other departments. You combine hands‑on engineering with coordination, quality oversight, and expert advice.
