Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Team Lead for Product Financial Control in Amsterdam to guide a six-person team within Group Finance. You will mentor, plan resources, and drive timely monthly closes and reporting, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll lead automation efforts, optimize financial accounting processes, and shape scalable controls aligned with Adyen’s global strategy, in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leading experience in finance.
• 8-12 years of financial accounting and reporting in a multinational.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive process optimization and scale Group Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a six-person Product Financial Control team and mentor team members.
• Ensure timely monthly closings and preparation of financial reports.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders and influence system/product design.
• Drive simplification and automation of financial accounting processes.
