Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Team Lead in Amsterdam to guide and scale the General Ledger and Tax accounting streams. You will mentor a diverse GL/Tax team, set a clear vision, and partner with global finance and non-finance groups to drive process ownership.

The role involves hands-on leadership, system design input, data quality improvements, and enabling “touchless tax returns” through automation while supporting month-end close and audit processes in a fast-growing multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor GL and Tax teams to drive ownership of streams.
• Drive automation initiatives across R2R to streamline month-end close.
• Collaborate with Group Finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Own data quality and system design to enable touchless tax returns.
