Job summary

Secfi is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own design across Maeve and equity planning surfaces. You’ll be the second designer, partnering with an experienced designer who is remote, and you’ll shape the function into a founding‑level design capability.

You’ll report to the Head of Product & Technology and help define how design works as the team grows, with heavy emphasis on product, not just brand. This is a hands‑on leadership role for real impact.

Qualifications

• Consumer product design craft and ability to ship high‑quality experiences.
• Comfort with hard, financially–driven problems and quantitative thinking.
• Genuine 0→1 experience from concept to shipped product, startup/scale‑up background.
• Strong generalist who prototypes and tests independently.
• AI‑forward mindset with familiarity with current tools and workflows.
• Around 8 years of experience in design and product.
• Design degree or related field and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own Maeve, the AI planner interface and how it interacts with users.
• Own the portfolio value tracker and real‑time pricing signals in the product surface.
• Own core equity planning tools, onboarding and financing flows.
• Lead the rebrand and manage downstream design surrounding identity, surfaces and website.
