Job summary

QuantWare is seeking a Device Metrology Tool Development Lead in Delft. You will guide the R&D team through critical path planning, task sequencing, and milestone-driven progress within a high-performance hardware engineering setting.

The role requires 4+ years in project leadership or related roles, with a Master’s or PhD in a technical field and strong ability to communicate across experimental and design teams. You’ll navigate uncertainties and coordinate with external development partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive project progress by identifying critical path and prioritising tasks.
• Provide technical oversight and make system-level trade-offs with the team.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the technical project team across design, fabrication, and measurement.
• Anticipate risks, plan contingencies, and adapt strategies as needed.
• Act as primary interface for external partners and collaborators.
