Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse logistics or industrial engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Ability to lead, coach, or coordinate others.
- Strong analytical and practical problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, organized, and accountable.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD; Power BI and SketchUp are advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English; another European language is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach IE Specialists across the Netherlands.
- Coordinate IE workload and project priorities.
- Oversee warehouse layout changes using AutoCAD.
- Drive process re-engineering and productivity initiatives.
- Support development of warehouse automation like AutoStore and Locus.
- Review productivity and quality with automated reporting.
- Guide productivity analyses and staffing considerations.
- Ensure engineering solutions support operations and inventory accuracy.
- Serve as IE partner to operations management.
- Collaborate with Roermond and Venlo facilities for improvements.
