Vinted is seeking an experienced Technical Architect for the VITA platform, owning alerts, on‑call routing, incident management, and SLOs. Join a focused Service Ecosystem team and shape the architectural vision with engineering stakeholders.

You will enjoy true product ownership, spending significant time on technical discovery, researching solutions, and shaping the roadmap with directors across Vinted.

Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting, building, and operating high-scale distributed systems.
• Experience owning distributed systems in production from design to operation.
• On-call experience with production incidents and willingness to continue.
• Strong product mindset for developer tooling and adoption measurement.
• Understand observability: metrics, logs, traces and SLOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team's technical direction and coordinate delivery across teams.
• Own incident management and on-call processes and tooling improvements.
• Reduce alert fatigue by clustering noisy alerts and standardizing alerting.
• Advance AI in production with event pipelines for root-cause suggestions.
• Define and track SLOs and alert standards across Vinted.
• Mentor a team of engineers and drive RFC-based design reviews.
