Job summary

Vinted Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Developer Portal or Developer Environments teams. You’ll guide engineers building internal products that power hundreds of colleagues and AI agents, and you’ll shape a vision with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes at scale.

You will own delivery, drive journey efficiency, ensure quality with solid SLOs, and mentor engineers toward growth while aligning technical work with business needs.

Qualifications

• Led engineering teams that build platforms, developer tooling, or internal products.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI-assisted development and agent techs.
• Strong focus on developer experience and internal user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team building internal products used by hundreds of colleagues and AI agents.
