Job summary

SME Careers is seeking a Dutch Quality Assurance Lead to ensure quality and consistency across Dutch AI training projects. Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated content, providing detailed feedback, managing communication with trainers, and maintaining project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, native Dutch proficiency, strong English skills, and at least 3 years of experience in roles related to writing, editing, or language quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong grasp of the English language for communication and feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Dutch writing, editing, or language QA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality of Dutch items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Communicate new item guidelines and project updates to trainers.
• Create and maintain Dutch project documentation and style guides.
• Run onboarding calls with trainers and explain project expectations.
