Job summary
Heerema Marine Contractors is seeking a Lead HR Services to shape the future of our HR service delivery from Leiden. You will lead the HR Services and Training Planning teams, combining people leadership with operational excellence and a clear vision on process improvement, automation and AI.
You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, HRIS and IT to move HR Services from reactive support to proactive, technology-driven service delivery, delivering sustainable change
Qualifications
- HBO or university level education.
- 8+ years of experience within HR.
- Experience leading teams and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong track record in process improvement, digitalization and HR transformation.
- Experience with HR technology and self-service solutions; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Experience delivering transformation projects involving automation and/or AI.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Services and Training Planning teams.
- Shape the HR Service Delivery strategy and roadmap.
- Drive process optimization, digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Explore and implement AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead HR transformation projects from idea to implementation.
- Collaborating across HR, HRIS and IT to deliver sustainable change.
