What Will You Do?
As Lead Engineer Primary, you’ll be responsible for the design and integration of primary high-voltage components and systems—from concept through execution. You’ll guide a multidisciplinary engineering team and ensure technical excellence across all project phases.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Translating functional designs and customer requirements into detailed technical solutions and project plans
- Designing and verifying integrated high-voltage systems aligned with technical standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings, and calculations for execution
- Leading both internal and external engineers, ensuring smooth collaboration from basic design to project delivery
- Supporting the Technical Manager in developing detailed execution designs and managing project interfaces
- Identifying design bottlenecks, conducting quality checks, and ensuring optimal technical performance
What Do You Bring?
You’re a driven, technically skilled professional who thrives in complex and high-stakes engineering environments.
You bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Proven knowledge of high-voltage components such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, transformers, and related structures
- A solid understanding of electrical networks (high voltage) and power engineering principles
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
- The ability to translate technical complexity into practical, high-quality engineering outcomes
