Job summary

Hanab Energy Solutions is seeking a Lead Engineer for High Voltage (Primary Systems) in the Zwolle region. You will lead internal and external engineers, taking responsibility from basic design through to execution and project delivery.

Focus is on HV components and associated structures for mounting, including transformers, circuit breakers and connections. A proactive mindset, strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Power Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HV components is an advantage.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional designs into concrete designs and project plans.
• Design and verify integrated solutions based on client specs, standards and regulations.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, calculations and execution docs.
• Support the Lead Engineer and Technical Manager through project phases from basic to detailed design.
• Identify bottlenecks, report findings and perform quality checks.
