Job summary

Vysta Paid Media Group is seeking a data-driven Media Buyer to own the setup, optimization, and growth of Google Ads for ecommerce brands. This remote role focuses on maximizing ROAS and working with the internal team via Slack.

You will manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube, collaborate with designers, run A/B tests, and use analytics to drive decisions. Fully remote with flexible hours and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands.
• Data-driven optimizer with ability to translate performance data into actions.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to report via Slack.
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement while meeting performance goals.
• Structured approach to campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Launch & Scale Google Ads Campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Slack-Based Communication: provide updates, insights, and strategy adjustments to internal team.
• Budget Allocation & Scaling: make data-driven ad spend decisions to maximize ROAS.
• Performance Max & Shopping Execution: build campaigns, test assets, leverage audience signals.
• Creative Collaboration: brief designers and copywriters for high-converting creatives.
• A/B Testing & CRO Insights: test bidding strategies, ad copy, audience targeting, and landing pages.
• Analytics & Reporting: use Google Analytics and in-platform data to identify trends and guide changes.
• Stay Current: monitor latest Google Ads trends and automation tools.
