An international engineering company seeks a Lead Engineer specializing in offshore structures to guide a team of engineers. Responsibilities include the design and analysis of offshore structures while ensuring technical quality and managing project timelines. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, at least 5 years of experience, and familiarity with design tools such as SACS. Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in engineering of offshore structures and 2 years in a lead role.
• Experience with jackets, monopiles, or topsides for offshore wind or oil & gas structures.
• Strong understanding of relevant norms and standards (DNV, ISO, EC).

Mansioni

• Leading and coaching a team of structural engineers in the design of offshore structures.
• Developing concept, basic, and detail designs for primary and secondary steel components.
• Managing project progress and coordination with project management and clients.
