Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of offshore engineering experience.
• Solid background in offshore structural engineering.
• Strong analytical and pragmatic mindset.
• Good English communication, written and spoken.
• Supervisory and coaching skills.
• Ambition and flexibility to work offshore or in international offices.

Aufgaben

• Own the structural engineering scope within a large offshore project from concept to offshore execution.
• Coordinate technical decisions and align stakeholders as SPOC for structural engineering.
• Review and approve structural deliverables and drawings; ensure quality control.
• Coach and guide junior engineers and interfaces with subcontractors as needed.
• Contribute to continuous learning and improvement within the engineering team.
