Job summary

Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Physics/Engineering with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams, functional lead engineers and vendors.
- Experience in high-tech system development.
- Experience as technical functional lead engineer (architect) or similar.
- 2+ years in optics domain or related high-tech areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of design engineers to ensure successful project execution with high level vision and technical expertise.
- Review and challenge the team to meet agreed functionality and specs.
- Prioritize work and guide the team with project leadership.
- Develop and coach colleagues to grow a multidisciplinary team.
- Define functional and system design at lead engineer level for SW/HW developments within an agile team.
- Maintain performance and issue overviews and steer developments.
