Job summary

ASML in Eindhoven, Netherlands, seeks an Electrical Connectivity Design Engineer to define electrical test rigs (Qualification Tools) for DUV lenses and illuminators. You own wiring definitions, cable overviews and electrical documentation, ensuring interfaces and power distribution align with system needs.

You will collaborate across Development & Engineering, drive technical decisions, and support integration, verification and EMC-related tasks throughout the lifecycle of qualification tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in multidisciplinary development teams.
• Experience defining specifications and aligning solutions with stakeholders.
• Broad electronics knowledge with basic physics, mechanics, mechatronics and software.
• Experience with electrical infrastructure, wiring definitions or connectivity design.
• Experience supporting system integration, verification or qualification activities.
• PCB design knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own, document and maintain electrical modules, wiring infrastructure, cable overviews and detailed wiring designs.
• Represent Electronic Development within multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• Perform trade-off studies and drive technical decisions for new or changed electrical functions.
• Improve electrical architectures by focusing on integrability, manufacturability, testability and reliability.
• Create work breakdowns and effort estimates, and support development activities with external co-developers when needed.
• Support test rig integration, troubleshooting and verification activities, including electrical measurements and validation of requirements.
• Contribute to the imaging test rig roadmap and support EMC testing and documentation activities.
