Job summary

ASML is seeking a skilled engineer to join the TWINSCAN Factory team in the Netherlands. You will maintain and improve technical control processes, ensure safety and quality, and lead Lean initiatives to optimize resources in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on preventing issues, validating procedures, and collaborating with Development, Operations, and Supply Chain Engineering to transfer products into volume production. Regular business hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, physics, mechatronics or related technical field.
• 0–5 years of experience in a production environment.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide up-to-date procedures and blueprints meeting safety and quality requirements.
• Use technical knowledge to contribute to improvement projects.
• Define required quantity and secure availability of production tools; initiate upgrades and support maintenance actions.
• Optimize production process and track/resolve issues to transfer products to volume organization.
• Identify structural issues and provide knowledge for new product development to prevent future production problems.
• Analyze production processes in pilot factory and propose improvements with cross-functional teams.
