Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in aviation maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aviation standards and CHC procedures.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor maintenance staff to high performance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and CHC procedures.
• Provide technical advice for safe, efficient maintenance operations.
• Manage shifts to meet operational needs.
• Certify work with CRS and maintain records.
