Job summary

CHC Netherlands is seeking a Maintenance Manager (Part 145 post holder) based in the Netherlands with travel across Europe. You will direct a skilled team, drive safe and compliant maintenance operations, and partner with the Operations Director NL to standardise processes.

You will lead change in a multi-site environment, ensuring safety, quality standards and performance KPIs, and you will develop and mentor your workforce to achieve high outcomes.
