Job summary

NHV seeks a licensed B1.3 engineer for line maintenance of the H160, AW139, and H175 fleets at Den Helder. You will work with a skilled team under supervision to ensure aircraft availability, safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of licensed experience, H160 type rating, and strong English communication. AW139/H175 ratings are a plus. Permanent contract with 14 days on/off roster and 183 duties per year.

Qualifications

• Licensed aircraft maintenance engineer (B1.3) with 5+ years in line maintenance.
• H160 type rating required; AW139/H175 ratings advantageous.
• Experience across multiple aviation companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform line maintenance on aircraft and components per work orders.
• Follow safety regulations and report hazards or occurrences.
• Execute maintenance per approved data and MOE procedures.
• Record maintenance activities and certify tasks.
• Raise non-routine tasks for unscheduled findings.
• Ensure independent inspections for safety-critical tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and tools.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure availability of parts.
• Troubleshoot based on input from flight crew and data.
• Communicate handovers and debriefs effectively.
