Job summary

You will design, build, and ship across microservices, cloud platforms, and on-prem environments with an emphasis on performance, security, and reliability. • Strong backend engineering with end-to-end ownership across stacks.
• Experience shipping in multiple ecosystems and cloud/onsite deployments.
• Experience with AI agents and real-time data processing.
• Ability to translate business problems into robust architectural designs.
• Willingness to mentor peers and lead code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture decisions and set coding standards for the team.
• Develop and maintain an operational decision-support platform from design to production.
• Collaborate with product owners and customers to ensure requirements are met.
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews as a conversation, not a gate.
• Travel occasionally within the Randstad to customer sites.
