Job summary

ASML is seeking a System Install Owner to lead the full installation of DUV systems from preparation to handover. You will drive readiness, manage risks, and own on-site execution to meet KPIs and quality targets while collaborating with Customer Support Stakeholders at local offices and customer sites.

You will oversee shift engineers, coordinate resources, and travel up to 60-80% to ensure timely, first-time-right installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial).
• Hands-on technical environment with ability to support with known methods (e.g. PDCA, DMAIC).
• Experience coordinating a team of Install-engineers and local stakeholders.
• Progress reporting, dealing with Customers, field operations, international organization and process improvement projects.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Responsibilities

• Drive readiness, manage risks, and lead on-site execution to achieve project KPIs and quality targets.
• Capture KPI & Quality learnings and embed them to prevent repeats in future installations.
• Coordinate, report and drive progress of installations.
• Develop and adjust daily plans; provide first action plans when possible.
• Escalate issues data-driven while ensuring ownership and closure.
