Job summary

ASML is seeking an EXE System Install Engineer to ensure smooth installation of our advanced lithography machines at client sites worldwide. This role requires 60-80% travel, ongoing learning, and collaboration with diverse cultures, offering a path to broader ASML opportunities after three years.

You will transfer fully tested machines, participate in cross-training, and support factory operations when not abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics or Aerospace.
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and vacuum systems.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring/fibers.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Transfer a fully tested and qualified lithography machine to clients.
• Cross-train in multiple activities within a cleanroom environment.
• Follow installation sequences and procedures.
• Perform tests, calibrations and qualification.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures.
• Collaborate with source install team to align Plasma/Light to scanner.
• Handle reporting and technical escalations.
• Support factory operations when not abroad.
