Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant specialising in SAP S/4HANA EWM and MFS to lead the design and delivery of warehouse transformation programmes for large enterprise clients across Europe.

You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, lead workshops, mentor delivery teams and drive best practices in SAP EWM implementations, integrating with automation technologies such as ASRS, conveyors, AMR/AGV.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP EWM experience with full lifecycle implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to design warehouse processes and automation integrations across inbound/outbound operations.
• Proven capability to lead customer workshops, UAT, cutover activities and pre-sales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations in complex warehouse settings.
• Design and deliver integrated EWM and MFS solutions.
• Define warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, movements, replenishment, wave management and execution.
• Ensure integration with warehouse automation tech (ASRS, conveyors, sorters, AMR/AGV).

We're working with a global consulting organisation that is expanding its SAP Supply Chain practice and is looking to hire an experienced Lead Consultant specialising in SAP S/4HANA EWM and MFS.

This role is ideal for a senior SAP professional who has extensive experience delivering warehouse transformation programmes within highly automated logistics environments. You'll play a key role in solution design, client advisory, programme delivery, and helping organisations optimise their warehouse operations through cutting-edge automation technologies.

The Opportunity

As a Lead Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of complex SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions, working with large enterprise customers across innovative warehouse modernisation and automation programmes.

You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while providing leadership to delivery teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations within complex warehouse environments.
• Design and deliver integrated EWM and Material Flow System (MFS) solutions.
• Define warehouse processes covering inbound, outbound, internal movements, replenishment, wave management and warehouse execution.
• Ensure successful integration with warehouse automation technologies including Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Conveyor and sorter systems, Shuttle-based storage solutions, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
• Provide functional leadership throughout design, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams and solution architects.
• Drive best practice adoption and ensure scalable, standardised SAP solutions.
• Support business development activities, solution shaping and pre-sales engagements.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to the growth of the wider SAP practice.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive SAP experience, with deep expertise in Warehouse Management solutions.
• Multiple full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation projects delivered in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience across warehouse structures, putaway and picking strategies, replenishment, wave management warehouse orders
• Proven expertise within highly automated warehouse environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM MFS including monitoring, troubleshooting and operational support.
• Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA modules including MM, SD and PP.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer workshops, UAT processes and cutover activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
