Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant specialising in SAP S/4HANA EWM and MFS to lead the design and delivery of warehouse transformation programmes for large enterprise clients across Europe.

You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, lead workshops, mentor delivery teams and drive best practices in SAP EWM implementations, integrating with automation technologies such as ASRS, conveyors, AMR/AGV.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP EWM experience with full lifecycle implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to design warehouse processes and automation integrations across inbound/outbound operations.
• Proven capability to lead customer workshops, UAT, cutover activities and pre-sales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations in complex warehouse settings.
• Design and deliver integrated EWM and MFS solutions.
• Define warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, movements, replenishment, wave management and execution.
• Ensure integration with warehouse automation tech (ASRS, conveyors, sorters, AMR/AGV).
• Provide leadership across design, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders, operations teams and solution architects.
• Drive best-practice SAP approaches and scalable solutions.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to SAP practice growth.
