Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a Senior Manager EWM to lead complex SAP Extended Warehouse Management engagements. You will define and map WMS processes, drive S/4HANA transformations, and shape global greenfield implementations across multinational clients.

You will oversee feasibility studies, requirements gathering, and the delivery of functional designs, with strong focus on standardizing processes and achieving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong project management skills and leadership experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant SAP SCM / EWM implementation experience.
• Deep SAP SCM (MM, SD, WM, EWM) and S/4HANA expertise.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility study and business case for SAP implementation.
• Define, analyze, and map warehouse management processes and related IT impacts.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and roadmaps.

Job Description

• conducting a feasibility study/business case for a successful SAP implementation;
• defining, analyzing and mapping the operational logistics / warehouse management processes (e.g. storage, (de)consolidation) and the related impact on organization and IT;
• defining business requirements and translating them into functional specifications;
• advicing the client regarding improvement areas and possibilities within (extended) warehouse management;
• configuring and implementing process improvements by going through SAP's six phases methodology: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
• performing the role of stream lead for global S/4HANA transformation or project lead for specific project in the operational logistics domain.

• a university master degree or Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, or a comparable study;
• project management skills are required;
• at least 8 years of relevant implementation experience with Supply Chain processes inthe field of Warehouse Management;
• relevant expertise in the field of SAP SCM (MM, SD, WM, EWM) and S/4HANA;
• an above average interest in understanding the Supply Chains of multinationals andhow they are reflected in SAP;
• broad experience in full cycle EWM (greenfield) implementation and in-depth configuration experience;

This includes the latest SAP Extended Warehouse Management processes and functionalities, but also a strong focus on the more Inventory-to- Full fill elements.
