Overview

We are working with a global supply chain and logistics company on a multi-year ERP transformation programme, deploying SAP S/4HANA with Embedded EWM across multiple international sites. The programme is entering a critical phase, and we are seeking an experienced EWM leader to take ownership of the internal warehouse workstream.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP EWM implementation and rollout across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with logistics and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate closely with deployment and solution design teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Act as the primary EWM workstream lead, managing key stakeholders across IT and business functions.
• Provide team leadership, mentoring, and guidance, ensuring workloads are structured and priorities are clear.
• Optimise rollout plans to create a scalable blueprint for future deployments.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end SAP EWM implementations in complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain integration.
• Experience with SAP FICO integration is a plus.

This will be an initial 9-month engagement, with the overall programme expected to run until at least 2027. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the project’s delivery over the coming years, with the opportunity to remain involved as future deployments roll out globally.
