Vanderlande invites an experienced Bid Manager & Group Leader Sales Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team in our Distribution Sales organization. You will shape bid strategies, guide technical and commercial proposals, and ensure compelling submissions that win business worldwide.

Based in Veghel, the role blends leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on coaching of 5–10 Sales Engineers, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• 5-10 years of bid management or sales engineering experience.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete bid lifecycle from opportunity to final proposal submission.
• Define winning bid strategies and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead customer-facing design and proposal meetings.
• Coach and develop 5-10 Sales Engineering professionals.
• Ensure timely, high-quality proposals and regular progress updates.
