Job summary

ING's Financial Markets Graduate Programme in Amsterdam offers one year of hands-on experience with two six-month rotations across FM desks. You’ll contribute from day one while learning about client solutions, risk, and markets in a dynamic, international setting.

The program welcomes candidates with a master's degree and up to two years of work experience, strong numeracy or coding skills, and fluency in English (Dutch beneficial).

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and up to two years of work experience.
• Financial markets interest and understanding of the global economy.
• English proficiency; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Pro-active, enthusiastic and professional attitude.
• Some part-time work or extracurriculars are a plus.
• Solid numerical skills and/or coding skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas concisely.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two rotations across FM desks, six months each.
• Be an integrated member of sales and trading teams from day one.
• Join two-week training in Amsterdam and London to meet graduates.
• Support colleagues and contribute to client solutions on execution.
