ING is seeking an intern for the Corporate Finance Mid-Market team in Amsterdam. The intern will join the team for the duration of the internship, contributing to advisory services on business transfers and acquisitions for ING’s Business Banking customers.

Responsibilities include compiling pitches, drafting information memoranda, preparing buyer longlists, performing valuations in Excel, and supporting the transaction process.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master's program (business economics, business administration, economics or finance).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills are required.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Participate in compiling strategic pitches for customers and prospects.
• Assist in writing information memoranda for sales transactions.
• Help prepare longlists of potential buyers.
• Contribute to company valuations using Excel models and reporting.
• Support the team through the transaction process.
• Prepare negotiations with potential buyers.
