Job summary

Elsevier, based in Amsterdam, offers a 24-month Graduate Program with three rotations across the business. You will contribute to operational excellence, digital innovation, and business growth while working in our Amsterdam office about twice a week.

The program targets early-career professionals with a Master’s degree, limited post-grad experience, and the right to work in the Netherlands. English fluency is required, and start is planned for Q1 2027.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed or due before January 2027.
• No more than 2 years' post-graduate work experience.
• Right to work in the Netherlands for the full 24-month length of the program and in a permanent role afterwards (visa sponsorship not available).
• Fluent in business English, spoken and written.
• Available to start in Q1 2027.

Responsibilities

• Publish & Operations support across projects.
• Lead process simplification projects.
• Support operational change across teams.
• Improve governance & service delivery.
• Product, Data & Digital Innovation initiatives.
• Support AI-enabled workflow projects.
• Map user journeys & friction points.
• Evaluate adoption & performance with data.
• Conduct market trend analyses for customers.
• Support product or sales enablement and build growth recommendations.
