Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking finance starters to develop hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment in Amsterdam. You will work across Finance, Sales and Customer Service, handling daily customer account management, invoicing reviews, and data analysis using Excel and financial systems.

We welcome recent graduates or candidates with up to about 1 year of relevant work experience. Fluency in Dutch and professional English are required, with French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to ~1 year of relevant experience in Finance
• Affinity with numbers and data and a hands-on approach
• Interest in Finance and working with numbers
• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of customer accounts
• Review outstanding invoices and payments and follow up as needed
• Investigate payment differences and open items
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve topics
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Customer Service
• Maintain accurate financial and customer data
• Use Excel and financial systems to analyze data and track actions
• Support financial reporting and analysis
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes
• Gradually take on more ownership as you develop in the role
