Job summary

Corporate Finance International (CFI) in Amsterdam invites applications for an M&A Intern. For a minimum period of four months, you will join the team as a fully-fledged member, working on business profiles, models, market analyses and content for media partners.

You will attend meetings with clients and contribute to ongoing projects. Fluency in Dutch and English, a Master’s degree in economics/finance or related fields, and strong mathematical and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required or in progress in economics, finance and investments, econometrics or business administration.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical mind and mathematical skills.
• Proactive, quick-witted, accurate and results-driven.
• Strong communicative and social skills, team player.

Responsibilities

• Drafting business profiles and drawing up financial models.
• Performing market and business analyses.
• Assisting in drafting content for Computable, Management Team, Flexmarkt and other media partners.
• Involved in ongoing projects and sitting in on client meetings.
