Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role.
• Experience in high-pressure kitchens.

• Experience guiding junior kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus in collaboration with colleagues.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies.
• Place orders in a timely manner.
• Manage ingredients for daily use.
• Follow directions of head chef and sous chef.
• Develop the junior kitchen team.
• Suggest new presentation ideas for dishes.
• Monitor kitchen productivity and food quality.
