Job summary

Selva, located on the 24th floor of nhow Amsterdam, is seeking an ambitious Demi-Chef-de-Partie to join our kitchen team. You will assist the CDP, handle daily preparations, and craft dishes inspired by tropical Latin American cuisine using a charcoal grill.

We offer a 4-day work week (10 hours per day), a Dutch CAO salary scale (€2,505–€3,032), and extensive employee benefits including housing, training, and global dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CDP with their section and daily preparations.
• Maintain a tidy, organized station and uphold hygiene standards.
• Prepare dishes for guests using traditional and cutting-edge techniques.
