Qualifications

• Familiarity with HACCP and hygiene regulations.

What are my responsibilities?

Cima is a rooftop spot with a Mexican pulse and a taste for trouble. Sunsets over the city, taptails with a Mexican twist, and bites that match the drinks.

As a Chef de Partie at Cima Rooftop Bar, you will be part of a dynamic team high above the city.

You will:

• Lead daily kitchen operations of your section in the kitchen.
• Ensure consistent food quality while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Work with bold flavours and a confident, creative approach to modern bar dining.
• Help creating inspirational guest experiences that are memorable and worth sharing.

To be eligible for this position you…

• Can communicate in English.
• Have previous hotel, restaurant and/or kitchen experience, as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie.
• Are familiar with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with modern Mexican cuisine would be a welcomed plus.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
