Qualifications

• At least 2 years of landscape maintenance experience and demonstrable leadership experience.
• Possession of driving licenses B and E.
• Experience with all greenery maintenance tasks, planning, and client communication.
• Strong leadership, overview, reliability, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Managing the maintenance team and dividing daily tasks on site
• Carrying out pruning, mowing, and regular maintenance work, and monitoring quality
• Maintaining contact with regular clients and coordinating planning and materials with the office
• Training and guiding new employees on the work floor
