Working Adventures zoekt een Customer Support Representatief voor een gerenommeerd reisbedrijf in Barcelona. Je helpt klanten bij het navigeren door boekingen en zorgt voor onvergetelijke ervaringen in een internationale omgeving.

Je werkt als schakel tussen reizigers en partners wereldwijd, behandelt boekingen en wijzigingen en biedt uitstekende service via e-mail en telefoon. De rol biedt de kans om Barcelona te ontdekken in een dynamische, multiculturele setting.

Responsibilities

• Als schakel tussen reizigers en accommodatiepartners wereldwijd, zorg je voor soepele communicatie en tevredenheid.
• Assisteren reizigers met boekingen, wijzigingen en annuleringen op het platform, voor een vlotte ervaring.
• Lever uitstekende klantenservice door vragen snel te beantwoorden en problemen professioneel op te lossen.
• Beheren van e-mail- en telefoongesprekken op een efficiënte manier, met de hoogste communicatienormen.
• Helpen bij het creëren van geweldige reiservaringen terwijl je Barcelona leert kennen.

Let op: bij deze vacature heeft de werkgever geen salaris opgegeven. Het genoemde bedrag is een indicatie van Will Werk zelf, gebaseerd op wat vergelijkbare functies in het buitenland betalen: doorgaans tussen € 1.200 en € 2.500 bruto per maand. De CBS-cijfers gaan alleen over Nederlandse lonen en gelden hier dus niet. Het is geen aanbod van de werkgever. Vraag er gerust naar in je gesprek met Will.
