Tivoli Doelen Amsterdamhotel is offering a student kitchen internship to learn all facets of a professional kitchen in a historic five-star setting on the Amstel. You will train in recipes, mise en place, plating and service under supervision.

You are a enrolled student with a passion for food, team spirit, and flexibility in hours. This role includes hands-on training, guest-facing experience, and growth opportunities across Minor Hotels worldwide.

• You are currently enrolled as a student.
• You have a passion for food and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Learn everything needed for a great career in the kitchen.
• Prepare dishes according to recipe and à la minute methods, portioning and garnishing.
• Carry out instructions with regard to ingredients, recipe, working methods and external presentation.
