Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations, capacity planning, and warehouse optimisation.
• Fluent English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kit assembly operations to achieve service, quality, productivity, and inventory targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality requirements, and SOPs.
• Monitor and drive KPIs including fill rate, on-time/in-full delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
• Partner with operational leadership to develop and improve kit assembly SOPs in a regulated environment.
• Optimise layouts, storage solutions, and workflows to support growth and new product introductions.
• Train and develop team members to maintain a safe, compliant and efficient operation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective supply chain and resolve feedback.
