Job summary

Case Packing Systems, part of the XANO Group, is seeking a Lead Assembly to run the day-to-day operations of the assembly department, including electrical and mechanical assembly and testing.

You will empower team members, optimize processes, ensure compliance with procedures, and conduct performance reviews. A background in machine-building and experience with ERP systems are preferred, with Dutch and English fluency a must. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

• Experience managing a machine-building team and workflow.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly department handling electrical and mechanical work and testing.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, work instructions and core values.
• Conduct performance and development reviews with team members.
• Act as Prevention Officer for Health & Safety including RI&E and BHV.
