Job summary

CHEP in the Netherlands is seeking a Field Service Executive to manage and develop relationships with key retail customers. You will work closely with a Key Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and commercial success.

You will liaise between customers, operations, supply chain and CHEP stakeholders to ensure assets move efficiently and are recovered cost-effectively. This role offers a development path toward a future KAM position.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and delivering service excellence.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of retail accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customer operational teams and distribution center stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support customer meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
