Job summary

Vintage Cash Cow in Duiven, Netherlands is seeking a Junior Appraiser to join our Appraisals team. You’ll learn to assess and value a wide range of vintage items, from jewellery and watches to medals, toys and collectables, through structured training in our Training Academy.

You’ll work closely with Team Leaders and specialists, developing appraisal skills, recording clear decisions and helping products move smoothly through Vintage Cash Cow while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• No specific qualifications or appraisal experience required; training provided.
• Ability to learn across multiple categories (jewellery, watches, medals, toys, cameras, collectables).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and fairness.

Responsibilities

• Assess and value items carefully, accurately and fairly.
• Record clear, consistent appraisal decisions for customer boxes.
• Complete data entry in appraisal systems reliably.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, category specialists and colleagues to improve quality.
