Job summary

Vintage.com is seeking a Watches Inventory Specialist in Dieren, Netherlands. The role focuses on examining timepieces, verifying specifications, and ensuring accurate cataloguing for online listings and auctions.

You will document detailed descriptions, support stock organization, and collaborate with production managers to maintain a smooth workflow and high accuracy in all listings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable passion for or practical knowledge of watches, horology, and vintage timepieces.
• Familiarity with watch movement types, brand details, construction, and physical condition grading.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for identifying subtle defects, alterations, or hallmarks.
• Effective written communication skills for writing clear, accurate product descriptions.
• Practical organizational skills to keep physical stock and digital records orderly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate timepieces and determine correct categorization for listing or auction.
• Write precise watch descriptions and technical specs for platform standards.
• Maintain orderly batching and accurate inventory tracking throughout the workflow.
• Cross-check listing entries for errors before platform submission.
