Qualifications

• No specific qualifications or previous appraisal experience are required.
• Structured training through our Training Academy will support your development.
• Learn appraisal methods and category knowledge from specialists.
• Build knowledge across jewellery, silver, watches, medals, toys, cameras and collectables.

Responsibilities

• Complete Training Academy and apply learning in daily work.
• Build knowledge across categories including jewellery, watches, medals, toys and collectables.
• Learn appraisal methods, systems and quality standards from specialists and your Team Leader.
• Take ownership of your development by asking questions and acting on feedback.
• Assess and value customer items carefully, accurately and fairly.
• Review each customer box thoroughly and record clear appraisal decisions.
• Follow safe working practices and keep workspace tidy.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, specialists, Operations and Sales to support smooth workflows.
